I am Bianca Albernaz and I've always dreamed of being a mum. I was 29 years old and Flavio, 31 when we decided to get pregnant, but the positive result din't come as expected. Eighteen months later, I finally got pregnant but two weeks later the miscarriage hit us. Years went by without a new positive. We underwent countless tests and treatments (including 8 IVFs). We saw a number of doctors from different states and countries trying to figure out why we could not conceive, but no one knew. As a daughter of scientists, I decided to immerse myself in scientific evidence in search of an answer. I proposed a different protocol to our doctor and Sara was born 10 months later, followed by Matheus.

 

With a law and business background, I left a leading position in a large corporation to enjoy motherhood. Right after giving birth to Sara, I started helping women to conceive. Over the years, the couples I assisted were giving birth to healthy babies and I decided to change my career and professionalise myself.

 

In 2019 I became a certified Health Coach by Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, (USA). In March 2020 I obtained the Certification in Positive Psychology by the Wholebeing Institute (USA). I finally became a doula, through "Minhas Doulas" a well known training team in Brazil and later on within BirthBliss Doula Academy in London. With the support of Sentir Mulher Clinic (a respected psychotherapist and psychiatrist clinic in Belo Horizonte), where I worked for a couple of years before moving to the UK, I led the "Germinando Group" with psychologist Manuella Carvalho and yoga instructor Camila Barcelos. I also held the "Eating Well: as a Family" Workshop with nutritionist Luiza Campos.
 

While living in London, I assist people from all over he world, in person and online. In these 15 years of experience, I have supported more than 100 women to become pregnant and have a healthy baby.
